myPlutus is an app by Pine Labs, a leading merchant platform company. Using the app, merchants can get real-time access to sales transaction data, get payment-related insights, and customer analytics.
‘Ease of use’ has been the foremost consideration while developing the app. We have revamped the app to ensure better user experience and quicker onboarding of the user, provide a seamless user interface with improved navigation, and have released enhancement and bug fixes.
The app also enables the merchants to do real-time tracking of their POS application.
Merchants can use the myPlutus app to perform a host of activities:
• Calculate EMIs – The app comes with a built-in EMI calculator to help a merchant calculate bank and brand EMIs and let the customer know instantly the amount they need to pay on different bank cards and payment tenures.
• Apply for a business loan – myPlutus app lets merchants apply for a collateral-free business loan. In just a few taps, they can create their business profile, upload scanned copies of the required documents and raise a loan request.
• Unlock rich customer insights – Merchants can now manage their customer experiences by getting access to store-level analytics data. These insights can help them identify improvement areas and introduce corrective measures.
